All production equipment, inspection, and testing equipment in the factory are imported. That includes Swiss Tornos, Japan Tsugami S205A/S206A, Japan Star brand SR-20RIV Type A/B; SR-32 RIV Type A/B, Japan MAZAK QT-COMPACT 100MSYL, Citizen L20, Japan Makino Machining Center S33, F3, F5 series, Japan Fanuc machining center, etc. total 85 sets of fully automatic imported high-precision production equipment.
Inspection Equipment
Inspection & testing equipment for quality control includes Japan Kosaka image/roughness meter DR100X64; Japan Kosaka roundness meter EC2500; Germany Carl Zeiss 3D O-INSPECT-322 (Optical + Touch needle, Fully automatic); Switzerland inner and outer diameter D300S tester and Olympus high-power precision microscope; Japan Mitutoyo micrometer, altimeter, and other measuring tools.
